He is survived by: his wife Tina Edwards of Houma, Louisiana; his stepchildren, Kimberly Bob (Richard) of Baldwin, Louisiana, Bobby Bolden of Franklin, Louisiana, Anthony Richard Sr. (Dominique) of Belle Chase, Louisiana and Janay Fredrick of Lafayette, Louisiana; his grandchildren, Jaydon Richard, Dezmond Lewis, Jordan Richard, Anthony Richard Jr., Ja'Kyran Smalls and Kailey Bolden; his godchild Shakira Singleton of Franklin, Louisiana; his brothers, Isaac Edwards Jr. (MaryAnn) of Centerville, Michael Edwards of Centerville and Anthony Ray Edwards (Edna) of New Iberia, Louisiana; his siblings-in-law, Calvin Babino of New Iberia, Louisiana, Tracy Verdun (Grant) of Thibodaux and Tawana Carson of Youngsville, Louisiana; and his friend Dennis Colbert. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, November 5th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Mk Dixon Funeral Home (211 Main St, Baldwin, LA 70514). A celebration of life will be held on Thursday, November 5th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
