She was predeceased by: her husband Douglas M. "Doug" Frederick; her son Philip Grant Frederick; her parents, Gladstone D'Avy and Viola Leger D'Avy; and her friend Paula Loveless.
She is survived by: her sons, Douglas M. Frederick II and Eric J. Frederick; her grandchildren, Meghan Louviere (Jake), Hallie Frederick, Alyssa Fonseca (Cullen) and Zachary Frederick; her daughter-in-law Rosalind Frederick; her close friend Mark Loveless; and her caregivers, Jennifer Savoie and Melody Coleman. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, extended family, and friends.
Visitation was held on Monday, July 14th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 1:30 PM at the Ibert's Mortuary - Franklin (1007 Main St, Franklin, LA 70538). A rosary was held on Monday, July 14th 2025 from 11:30 AM to 11:50 AM at the same location. A Mass of Christian burial was held on Monday, July 14th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Sacred Heart of Jesus Catholic Church (414 Martin Luther King Jr St, Baldwin, LA 70514). A burial was held on Monday, July 14th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 3:15 PM at the Sacred Heart Cemetery (414 Martin Luther King Jr St, Baldwin, LA 70514).
