He was predeceased by: his parents, Willie Conner, Sr. and Mildred Conner; his daughter Lynette Conner; his brothers, Garland R. Conner, Alvin R. Perry and Rickey D. Conner; and his great-nephew Fayden W. Conner.
He is survived by: his wife Vera Ann Conner of Houston, Texas; his children, Willie B. Conner, III (Millanette) of Houston, Texas and Keandre N. Perro Darby (Joseph) of Baldwin, Louisiana; and his siblings, Charles A. Conner (Maria) of Albuquerque, Liliac M. Todd (Charles) of Franklin, Victoria M. Prince of Morgan City and Myrtle J. Conner of Lafayette, Louisiana. He is also survived by five grandchildren; and numerous great grandchildren; along with a host of family and friends.
