He is survived by: his wife Anna Farley; his children, Brian Farley (Jamie), Leigh Ann Hosey (Michael) and Matthew Farley (Sarah); his mother Mabel Farley; his sisters, Vicki West and Benita Sauchuck; and his grandchildren, Makayla, Tyler Hosey, Zachary Pegram, Logan, Emma, Olivia Farley, Norah and Silas Farley.
A private family service will be held to honor his life, and in lieu of flowers, the family asks that you spend a quiet moment in nature fishing pole in hand or walking among the trees in his memory.
