She is survived by : her son-in-law John Lynch; her husband Dr. James Alton Sample; her daughter Margaret DeAnn Lynch (John Michael Lynch); her great grandchildren, Gracie Kate Hammersley, John David Hammersley, Ashton Ray Hair and Roman James Hair; her brothers, Billy Hickman and Frank A. Hickman (Jody Hickman); and also Linda Moore.
