She was predeceased by : her husband R. J. Futrell; her daughter Janice Edwards; and her mother Nina Dugan. She is survived by : her sons, R. J. Futrell, Jr., Russell Eugene Futrell, Richard Bryan Futrell and Derrick Futrell (Michelle); her sister Lenora Nitz; her grandchildren, Deanna Atwood, Beth Phifer and Jeremy Edwards; her nephews, Mike Nitz (Sissy) and Todd Nitz (Melanie); and her niece Kathy Hoke. She is also survived by 10 great grandchildren.
