He is survived by: his significant other Robbin McCartney Smith; his children, Chris Smith (Tracy) of Pollock, Rhonda Smith Woolum of Ball and Barry Smith (Rachel) of West Virginia; his grandchildren, Clay Jr. (Stephanie), Bruce, Dustin, Heath (Mark), Joseph (Leslie), Kimberlee (Zach), Christopher (Lizzie), Abby, Maddy, Bella, Brylee, Lauren, Hailey and Brody; his great grandchildren, Ethan, Wyatt, Jaden, Avalyn, Serenity, Heidi, Harlow, Holton, Winston, John and Juliette; and his pet Reese.
