He is survived by: his wife Martha Hebert Preuett; his daughters, Belinda Phillips (Randy) and Candace LaCour (George "Capp"); his grandchildren, Kenneth Phillips (Elizabeth), Joseph Phillips and Ava LaCour Granger (Jonathan); his great grandchildren, Harper Centanni and Eleanor Phillips; and his siblings, Charles Preuett (Gayle), Norman Preuett (Joyce) and Frances Bromley.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, May 20th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the Philadelphia Baptist Church (722 Philadelphia Rd, Deville, LA 71328). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, May 20th 2026 at 11:30 AM at the same location.
Tribute donations can be made to the American Cancer Society, Philadelphia Baptist Church Building Fund or Gideons International in lieu of flowers to honor his legacy of faith, service and love that will live on in all who knew him.
