He was predeceased by : his mother Lillian Russell; his siblings, Timothy Russell and Laura Ann Russell; and his cousin Charles Slay. He is survived by : his cousin Patricia Looney (Jason); his aunt Jane Slay; his uncle Charles Slay, Sr.; and his nieces and nephews, Lillian Looney, James Looney, Scotty Looney and Destiny Wells.
