She is survived by: her children, Cody Sillavan (Kayla) and Christa Sillavan; her parents, Paul Terrell and Sharon Terrell; her fiancé Chris Frusha; her brother Michael Terrell (Marylou Bernardo); her niece Skylar Terrell; her grandson Jaxon; and her pet Peanut.
