He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Stephens and Maxine Allen Stephens; and his siblings, Diane, Larry Stephens and Bobby Stephens.
He is survived by: his wife Kathy Hamilton Stephens; and his aunt Bernice Thibedeaux. He is also survived by other family members and friends.
In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the Pineville Church of Christ in Memory of Randy.
