He was predeceased by : his parents, Walter Ray Tarver, Sr. and Lucille Hughes Tarver; and his siblings-in-law, Brenda Tarver, Donald Gene Littleton, Sr. and Wayne Roberts.

He is survived by : his children, Mandi Tarver-Walters (Daniel) and Trey Tarver; and his siblings, Bob Tarver, Linda Littleton and Lynelle Roberts. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
