She was predeceased by: her father Richard Douglas Stephens Sr.; her husband Bobby "Shane" Slocum Jr.; her grandparents, Buvens Michel, Jesse Stephens and Shirley Stephens; and her nephew Liam Ledoux.
She is survived by: her mother Brenda Ann Winstead; her children, Savannah "Nikkie" Martinez (Robert) and Dustin Slocum (Paige); her grandmother Clara Michel; her siblings, Ricky Stephens (Edina), Chris Stephens, Randy Winstead and Sierra Winstead; and her grandchildren, Hailey, Lucas, Cason, Caleb, Kendal and Evan.
Visitation will be held on Monday, June 30th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Tuesday, July 1st 2025 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM. A rosary will be held on Monday, June 30th 2025 at 6:30 PM at the Gallagher Funeral Home (3994 Monroe Hwy, Ball, LA 71405). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, July 1st 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Live Oak Community Church (8 Heyman Ln, Alexandria, LA 71303).
