He was predeceased by: his daughter Amanda Leonard; his parents, James Arthur and Mary Ellen King; and his siblings, Sandra Deason and Garey King.
He is survived by: his wife Deborah King; his son James David King (Kelsey); his grandchildren, Harper Rose King, Mia Marie Leonard, Sage Henagan and Alyssa Foster; and his sister Janell King McKee. He is also survived by his nieces, nephews, other family and many friends.
