With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Shirley Spann Waggener of Ball, Louisiana, who passed away on February 2, 2023 at the age of 86. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her husband Gayle; her parents, Ora Spann and Ernest Spann; her siblings, James Coleman, Dwayne Spann and Dolores Whatley; her nephew Cody; and her sister-in-law Rosemary.

She is survived by : her children, Darrell Waggener (Angie), Marlon Waggener and Faith Waggener Vernon (Chuck); her grandchildren, Zachary Waggener, Nathan Vernon, Parker Vernon, Devin Hinton (Chad), Tiffani Waggener, Adrienne Waggener and Andreanna Waggener; her brothers, Bobby Spann (Janie), Harry Spann (Flora), Billy Spann (Joyce), David Spann (Rhonda) and Larry Spann (Cindy); and also, Drake Vernon, Millie Vernon, Tinsley Todd and Colton Whitman.
