Andrew Reed Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Andrew Reed of Basile, Louisiana, who passed away on April 25, 2025 at the age of 76. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Oscar Reed and Mabel Reed Sr.; his in-laws, Ashley and Lois Stephens; and his grandson Gunnar Thorguson.
He is survived by: his wife Karen Stephens Reed; his children, Amy Reed Thorguson (Brian), Ben Reed (Alexina) and Sarah Tessler (Louis); his grandchildren, Gabriel, Owen, Bella, Henry, Fletcher, Zane, Jake and Theo; and his siblings, Dale Reed (Sandra), Oscar Reed Jr. (Rosie), Ken Reed, Dr. Donald Reed (Elaine), Ronald Reed (Gayle) and Jan Foret (Charlie).
