He is survived by: his daughter Jerri Johnston; his grandchild Briley; his siblings, John Mullican, Steve Mullican, Kathaleen Doughty, Margie Andrews (Buddy), Barbara Taylor (Mike) and Susie Taylor (Bill); and his nephew Micah Mullican (Victoria). He is also survived by other nieces and nephews.
