He is survived by: his mother Margaret Ballard; his children, Tamera Freeman, Shaina Fairchild (Brian Fairchild) and Garrett Ballard (Ashlyn); his grandchildren, Aubrey Freeman, Rachel Fairchild, Eli Fairchild and Mia Fairchild; and his sister Jonie Denmon (William Denmon). He is also survived by extended family.
