He is survived by: his wife Mary Church; his children, Bobby Preston Church (Rainie Church), Jennifer Lee Church Lebrun and Jessica Marie Church; his grandchildren, Zachary Lebrun (Laura Lebrun), KayDee Lebrun Cox (Emery Cox), Seth Church (Christian Church), Jacob Sewell and Kaleb Barkley; his great grandchildren, Hayden, Dani, Caroline, River, Hadlyn, Harlan and Tatum; and his siblings, Patricia Church, Pearl Church and Thomas Hilton. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
