He was predeceased by : his parents, Charlie Hayes and Pocahontas Hayes; his sister Betty Hayes; and his mother-in-law Syble Wallace. He is survived by : his wife Glenda Hayes; his son Michael Blakely; his sister Margaret Fink of Edge Park, IA; his grandson Ryan Harris; his close friend Johnny Townsend; and his pet Miley.
