He was predeceased by : his son Chris Blake; his parents, Audrey Blake Bates and Gene Blake; his brothers, Ronald Blake and Gary Blake; and his great-nephew Cody Cason.
He is survived by : his children, Jessica Hust, Kelsey Blake and Eaan Blake; his grandchildren, Marlee Blake, Allie Blake, Alyssa Trim, CodyBayless and Christopher Bayless; and his siblings, Scott Blake (Misty), Karen Main (Michael) and Lisa Blake. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
