He is survived by : his wife Myrtis Kay Ogden Allen of Bastrop; his children, Thomas Ellis Allen II of Camden, AR and Susan Victoria Allen Carter; his granddaughters, Rebecca Kay Allen Keating (Tyler), Sarah Marie Allen Blair (Dakota) and Megan Eliese Carter; his great grandchildren, Emilia Reece Blair, Joey Ellis Blair and Magnolia James Blair "Maggie"; and his siblings, Marvin Lee Allen (Donna) and Wilma Jean Allen Leggitt (Mike).
