He is survived by: his wife Nancy Annette Scoggins Sivils; his children, Michael Sivils (Maggie) and Susan Sivils Kinney (Gary Kinney, Jr.); his son-in-law Brad Gilmore; his grandchildren, Christopher Lewis, Jordan Newberry (Lauren), Jeremy Sivils, Emilee Kinney, Vanessa Sivils, Adam Kinney and Jacob Gilmore; his great grandchildren, Jaycelynn Lewis and Brylon Lewis; and his siblings, Glenda Faye Sivils Doss and Billy Ralph Sivils.
