She was predeceased by: her parents, Eugene Thurman and Evelyn L. Stewart; her husband Arthur Floyd Carter, Sr.; her son-in-law Greg Church; and her grandsons, Michael Darrell and Nathaniel Gregory Church.
She is survived by: her children, Rhonda Kay Church, Arthur Floyd Carter Jr. (Lisa) and John Joseph Carter (Rose); her brother Jay Stewart (Lisa) of Kansas City, Kansas; her grandchildren, Arthur Carter III, Daniel Carter (Hannah), Alyssa Carter, Joe Rainwater Jr. (Donna) and John Carter Jr.; her great grandchildren, Carter, Micah Church, Mia Carter, Elizabeth Mosley, Aaron Armfield, Trey Rainwater and Ryder Rainwater; her siblings-in-law, Cathy Oser (Jerry) and D. L. Carter (Mary Ann); and her pet Sugar.
