He was predeceased by : his parents, Thomas A. Duncan and Arzella Winningham Duncan. He is survived by : his wife Ora Trichel Duncan; his daughter Susan Duncan Holley (Boyd) of Bastrop; his grandchildren, Duncan Holley of Midland, Mary-Claire Holley Blackburn (Jason) of Gainesville, Florida and Webb Holley (Haley) of Monroe, Louisiana; his great grandchildren, Grace Blackburn, Kenna Blackburn, Haddox Holley, Cullen Holley and Lawson Holley; his sister Carolyn Weatherly; and his nieces, Rebecca Weatherly Johnson (Jimmy) and Rachel Weatherly Hickman (Bruce). He is also survived by his friends and family.

The family requests that any memorials be made to First United Methodist Church of Bastrop or a charity of your choice.
