She was predeceased by: her father Newton; her brother Leroy Shepherd; her husband Ralph Kinney; and her son Lawrence Kinney (Charles Moore). She is survived by: her children, Veronica Sturdivant (John), Buddy Kinney (Marty) and Sue Ann Pullin (Terry); and her siblings, Walter Shepherd (Emma Kay) and Sue Shepherd. She is also survived by grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great-great grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, September 30th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Bethel Baptist Church (14489 Crossett Rd, Bastrop, LA 71220). A celebration of life will be held on Tuesday, September 30th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
