She was predeceased by: her husband Vernon H. Mullins; her daughter Cindy Doke; her parents, Emma Crow Rawls and Harvey K. Rawls; and her siblings, Judy Nance and Fred Rawls.
She is survived by: her daughters, Ruthie Mullins, Monica Foster (Dewayne) and Theresa McIntyre; her son-in-law Dennis Doke; her sister Linda Burgess; her grandchildren, Megan Chain, Scott Beach (Pamela), Ashton McIntyre (Christy), Joshua Foster (Christy) and Chris Foster; and her great grandchildren, Garrett Jones, Justin Robinson, Zoe Foster, Madi Foster, Ali Beach, Madalyn Beach, Luke McIntyre, Anna Faith McIntyre, Tristan Foster and Jaycee Foster. She is also survived by extended family and friends.
