He is survived by: his father Mike Nelson (Liz); his stepfather John McKinley; his sons, Joshua Clayton Nelson, Ethan James Cameron Nelson and Kyle Casillas; and his siblings, Brandy Hamm (Gerald, Jr), Brandi Lenard (Michael John) and Christopher Michael Nelson.
