He is survived by: his son Uhola Brett "Udie" Herrington of Bonita, LA; his stepchildren, Keith "Bo" Pepper (Phyllis) of Bastrop, LA and Sheila Hundley (John) of Bastrop, LA; his siblings, Mary Jane Hill (Bob) of Bonita, LA, Betty Faye Tullos of Bonita, LA, Spencer Herrington (Minnie Pearl) of Bonita, LA, Hugh Warren Herrington (Kitty) of Bastrop, LA and Mike Herrington (Bonita) of Mountain View, AR; his grandchildren, Kristen Herrington, Brett Herrington (Ashlyn Meadows) and Claire Herrington; and his great grandchildren, Oliver, Waylon, Gracelynn, Layla, Channing and Kaidyn. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and extended family.
