He was predeceased by: his parents, Ray John Sibley and Juanita Stewart Sibley; his sister Sharon Brubaker; and his daughter Hannah. He is survived by: his wife Sandra Sibley; his daughter Kasey Witherington (Chandler); his grandchildren, John Collin (Sydney), Luke and Sarah Beth; his daughter Jenny Bean (Chris); his grandchildren, Cam and Grayson; and his sister Karen Embanato (Buddy). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
