He is survived by: his wife Sharon Herlong Harrell; his daughter Kristy Harrell Vickers (David); his grandchildren, Meredith Easley (Paul), Ashley Vickers, Josh Allen and Hunter Vickers (Kinsley); his great grandchildren, Shepherd Cole Vickers and Wrenley Elaine Easley; and his siblings, James Kenneth "Buddy" Harrell and Shirley Ann Leonard.
