She was predeceased by: her husband Claude Thomas Matheny, Jr.; her daughters, Phyllis Dell and Glenda Matheny Reynolds; her granddaughter Audra Lynn Matheny; and her brother Charles Cecil Babcock.
She is survived by: her children, Connie Reynolds (Michael) of Hermitage, AR and Charles Thomas Matheny (Katie) of Bastrop, LA; her sons-in-law, Richard Reynolds of Bastrop, LA and Dwight Dell of Magnolia, TX; her sister Jean Scoggins of Oak Grove, LA; her grandchildren, Shelley Reynolds Washam (Kevin), Stephanie Reynolds, Shane Reynolds (Pam), Stacey Smith (Kathy), Shannon Reynolds (Angel), Amy Ricks (Phillip), Paige Waddell (Corey) and Heath Dell (Jessica); her great great grandchildren, Sam, Pam Little, Christina and Clair; and her friend Lexie Harper. She is also survived by nineteen great grandchildren.
