She is survived by: her sons, Scott Spurlock (Lisa Gray), Christopher Spurlock (Tonya) and Marty Spurlock (Sharon); her grandchildren, Joseph Spurlock, Rebecca Spurlock, Caleb Spurlock, Emily Spurlock, Hank Turner and Michelle Lape; and her friends, Katie Wallace, Callie Ervin and Margie Hillis. She is also survived by extended family and many friends.
At her request, the family suggest that memorials in memory of their mother be made to Greenacres Baptist Church, 6370 Mer Rouge Road, Bastrop, Louisiana 71220 or to the charity of the donor's choice.
