She was predeceased by: her husband Douglas Boykin; her granddaughter Kendra Malott; her great grandchildren, Claire Cerda and Olivia Williams; her parents, Roy Gibson and Mary Gibson; her sister Mona Coleman; and her sister-in-law Debbie Boykin Moore.
She is survived by: her daughter Carissa Cerda of Middletown, Ohio; her grandchildren, Chad Cerda, Nicholas Cerda, Noah Cerda, Cabrian Cerda, Tyler Malott and Austin Malott; and her nephews, Jerry Allen Coleman (Terri) of Calhoun, LA and Douglas Michael Coleman of Bastrop, LA.. She is also survived by eleven great grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Monday, June 9th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Chapel of Golden Funeral Home (2016 E Madison Ave, Bastrop, LA 71220). A funeral service will be held on Monday, June 9th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
