She was predeceased by: her husband Roy Crymes; her parents, Burett Reeves and Marie Reeves; her siblings, Bernice Reeves, Lynette Harden, Alvin Reeves, Paul Reeves, George Reeves and Tom Reeves; and her grandchildren, Jeremy Yates and Brittney Crymes.

She is survived by: her children, Malinda Adams (Rodney), Roland Crymes (Cindy), Rosetta Mercer (Freddy), Terry Crymes (Carla) and Sonya Smith (Johnny); her sisters, Gilda Reeves and Naomi Wharton; and her grandsons, Scott Mercer, Zac Crymes, Ryan Crymes, Jay Crymes, Joshua Smith, Cody Crymes and Wade Yates. She is also survived by fourteen grandchildren; twenty-nine great-grandchildren; two great-great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made in memory of Mrs. Crymes to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
