He was predeceased by : his parents, Robert L. Plummer, Jr. and Pauline Everett Plummer; his sister Diane Rea; and his brother-in-law Donnie Bulloch. He is survived by : his pet Goujon; his daughters, Stephanie Hart and Heather Ernst; his granddaughters, Eva and Greta Ernst of Richmond, VA; his sisters, Carolyn Hays (Maxie) of Hurst, TX and Brenda Bulloch of Bastrop, LA; and his brother-in-law Al Rea of Bastrop. He is also survived by niece, and a number of nephews.
