He was predeceased by: his parents, Jesse Sivils and Myrtle Sivils; his former wife Jimmie Sivils; his brothers, Robert and Leon; his grandson Matthew Culp; and his stepson Todd Johnson.
He is survived by: his son-in-law Jim Sharpton (Paul Robinson); his wife Ruth Johnson Sivils; his children, Randy Sivils (Anita) of Fulshear, TX, Stan Sivils of Hamburg, AR, Beverly Culp (Bruce) of Hamburg, AR and Karen Cox (Lawrence, Jr.) of Bastrop, LA; his brother Roy Sivils (Katie) of Monroe, LA; his stepchildren, Karen Hayes (Jim) of Paragould, AR and Mike Johnson (Lori); his stepdaughter-in-law Sherri Johnson; his grandsons, Jared Culp, Andy Bright, Jesse Sivils and Austin Cox; and also, Ryley Culp and Craig Culp. He is also survived by eight grandchildren, twenty five great grandchildren and three great great grandchildren.
