He is survived by: his wife Cindy Ann Rainbolt; his mother Kathleen Cupples; his daughters, Heather DeShazo (Adam), Brittanie Rainbolt and Tiffany Heilers (David); his sisters, Karen Williams (Timothy) and Teresa House (Bill); his stepsisters, Kendra McKoin and Erika Blissett (Brandon); his brothers, Brian Rainbolt (Holley), Doug Rainbolt (Alice) and Donnie Paxton (Misty); his grandchildren, Jordyn Albertie, Brandon Rainbolt, Aiden DeShazo, Chloe DeShazo, Asher DeShazo, Kalii Ramirez, Zoe Heilers and Junior Heilers; and his caregivers, Jessica W., Scott W., Paulina, Amy L., Zach, Robin, Caitlyn, Cindy, Stacie, Caleb, Dwana, Halie, Keana, Josh, John, Kathy, Respiratory, Mike M. and Todd. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
