He was predeceased by: his father Bob Lax. He is survived by: his mother Wanda Lax; his wife Kimberly Taliaferro Lax; his sons, Brent R. Lax and Tyler B. Lax; his daughter-in-law Danielle Lax; and his sister Jeri Lax Holmes. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews and close friends.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, January 10th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the First Christian Church (8484 Old Hammond Hwy, Baton Rouge, LA 70809).
