She is survived by: her children, Debbie Ann Jacobs (New Orleans) and Kenneth Jacobs (Sharon Jacobs); her grandson Robert of Tallahassee, FL; her children, Jack, Lauren, Rachel, Nate and Mason; and her caregivers, Stephanie, Chantel, Melanie and Dynesha of Home Instead.
