He was predeceased by: his wife Monica Guillot; his parents, Joseph Albert Guillot and Hazel Rivet Guillot; and his siblings, Leroy Joseph Guillot, Sr. and Rose Marie Essey.
He is survived by: his children, Stacie George and Gregg M. Guillot (Carrie); his grandchildren, Anthony Streva, Jr., Brittany Angelle (Jeramie), Brooke Finnegan (Colin) and Chandler Streva (Danielle Marfe); his great grandchildren, Lane and Remi Angelle; and his sister Rosalie Goulas.
