She was predeceased by: her husband Raymond G. "Skipper" Post Jr.; her parents, Dr. William McHugh "Mac" Simmons and Phoebe Bryan Simmons; and her siblings, Laurie Simmons Plaisance and William "Bill" McHugh Simmons, Jr..
She is survived by: her children, Raymond G. Post III (Jenny) and Wendy Martin (Patrick); her grandchildren, Raymond O. Post (Gaby), Mia Martin, Jordan Post and Andrew Post; her sister Suzanne Homan; and her sister-in-law Antoinette "Toni" Post.
