He was predeceased by: his parents, Carroll "Ray" Marchand and Juanita Marchand; and his siblings, Paula Marchand and Alan Marchand. He is survived by: his wife Nancy Levert Marchand; his son Adam Marchand (Leah Marchand); his grandchildren, Madison and Alex; his brother Mike Marchand (Lisa Marchand); his sibling's children, Elizabeth, Catherine, Mikey and Ashley Bourgeois (Miles Bourgeois); his great-nieces and great-nephews, Ashton and Jeanne Marie; his niece Amy Johnson (Ryan Johnson); his great-nieces and great-nephews, Stafford, Claire and Margaret; and his sisters-in-law, Sandra Fauver and Beverly Hulin.
