He is survived by: his wife Neila; his children, Taylor (Pam), Leslie Hubbert (Michael) and Dan (Kelley); his stepson Brian Silver; his grandchildren, Colin Phillips, Cora, Amalia Hubbert and Mark Phillips; his stepgrandson Isaac Anderson; and his great grandchild Joaquin Moore.

In lieu of flowers, friends and family may contribute to any charity.
