He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Paul Mansur, Butch and Mary Norris. He is survived by: his parents, James T. Welborn and Johnell Welborn; his children, Chanse Lucas, Jr. and Heidi Gracelyn; his siblings, Kara Patterson (Scott), Morgan Smith (Taylor), James H. Welborn (Amy) and Michael Welborn (Raegan); his siblings' children, Margo Welborn, Andie Welborn, Scottie Kate Patterson, Colter Welborn, Waylon Welborn, Warren Welborn, Stetson Patterson and Nash Welborn; and his grandparents, Hazel Mansur, Jim, Myrna Welborn and David Norris.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, July 16th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Calendar Seale Funeral Home (1720 S Range Ave, Denham Springs, LA 70726). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, July 16th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Wednesday, July 16th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 12:30 PM at the Calendar Evergreen Memorial Park (1710 S Range Ave, Denham Springs, LA 70726).
