She is survived by: her husband Dr. Richard James Smith of Central, LA; her son John Wilson Parks of Gray, LA; her stepson James Michael Smith of Lafayette, LA; her siblings, David Alan Sisk of Macon, GA, John Denis Herring of Houma, LA, Dr. James Paul Sisk of Joplin, MO, Nancy Blackburn of El Reno, OK and Pearl Mae Smart (Sisk) of Edmond, OK; and her grandchildren, James Buras, Jr. of Saucier, MS, Jonathan Parks of Florida, Logan Folse of Schriever, LA, Elizabeth "Lizzie" Buras of Bourg, LA, Gabrielle "Gabby" Parks of Gray, LA and Jolee Bel Parks of Lafayette, LA.. She is also survived by 13 great-grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
