She is survived by: her children, William J. "Buster" (Robbin Avera), Dixie A. (Andrew Karnowski), David W. (Carolyn Avera), Catherine A. (Keith Lauter Sr.), Lucy A., John A. (Michelle Avera) and Mary A. (Robert Addison); her grandchildren, Francine Avera, Grace Karnowski, Alden Karnowski, Keith Lauter Jr., Lara L. Robinson (Brock), Scott Lauter, William Avera (Karla), Caroline A. Curtis (Dalton), Mary Frances Avera, Thomas Avera, Genevieve A. Jock (Dustin), Leslie A. Savoy (Jacob) and Will Addison (Courtney); her great grandchildren, Blair Cortez, Nolan, Marshall, Mila Avera, Henry, Lola Curtis, Ava, Emmett, Vivian, Calvin, Louis Jock, Margot, Blythe Savoy, Liam, Isla, Eris and Cali Addison; and her brother James "Jim" Hamilton (Betty).
A funeral Mass will be held on Saturday, October 17th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the St. Gabriel Catholic Church (3625 LA-75, St Gabriel, LA 70776).
