It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ellis Chavers formerly of Baton Rouge, Louisiana, born in Walker, Louisiana, who passed away on July 16, 2022, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph B. Chavers and Floy Chavers (Zachary). He is survived by: his wife Hellen Chavers (Holden); his daughters, Judith Chavers Davis (Mike Davis) and Pamela Chavers Santos (Hal Santos); his granddaughters, Jaime Santos Tipton (Jerry Tipton) and Brittany Leigh Davis; and his great grandchildren, Finley Leo Tipton and Remi Rae Tipton.
