He is survived by: his wife Gail G. Blouin; his children, Donna Sheets (Tommy), Vicky Manuel (Steven), Pattie Bourque (Randy), Amanda Savoie (Brenton), Vernon Blouin (Holly) and Joshua Blouin; and his sister Roleen Duhe. He is also survived by eight grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; along with numerous nieces, nephews, extended family members, and friends.
