She is survived by: her grandchildren, Bobby Harris (Danielle), Sonya Collins (Walt) and Erin Harris (Tawanda); and her great grandchildren, Malanna, Lexus, Marilyn, Kiyya, Jasmine, Tiara, Chelsey, Doryan, Braylon and Bryson. She is also survived by her twelve great-great-grandchildren and a host of nieces and nephews and other, family members.

Visitation was held on Friday, October 16th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Shiloh Baptist Church (185 Eddie Robinson Sr Dr, Baton Rouge, LA 70802). A funeral service was held on Friday, October 16th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A graveside service was held on Friday, October 16th 2026 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Louisiana National Cemetery (303 W Mt Pleasant Zachary Rd, Zachary, LA 70791).
